Week 2 -- Exercise #4

Virtual Services Team knew my blog name from my email. They suggested that I "blog about the 23 things too."

I felt like being back in school again with required reflection writing. Writing for class assignment was at least confidential since it was for a specific professor. It is going to take me sometimes to get use to the reflection writing and posting them. How many readers are there in the Virtual Service Team?

I went back to three exercises and wrote short comments.

Week 2 -- Exercise #3

I just played with the color of the templates. My teenager didn't like the pink/purple template so I changed the color.

Week 1 -- Exercise #2

7 1/2 Habits-

Beginning with the end in mind works best with my long term goal. When I am working toward a degree or program, I often tell myself that I must complete the required paper in order to complete the class. I need to complete all classes to complete the program or degree.

Week 1 -- Exercise #1

Nothing is original about my blog's name, Hillview Branch Library.

All about orchids

These are just two of many books on orchids. You can visit any branch of the San Jose Public Library to check them out. If you want to save time, log on to our website, www.sjlibrary.org to request before you come to the library.

Orchid- Costa Rica

The orchid is the national flower of Costa Rica. This country has more than 1,200 identified species of the richest orchid flora in Central America.

Purple orchid

This purple orchid is one of my favorite orchids.

Orchid

Orchids are divided into two basic growth types: monopodial and sympodial. Monopodial orchids have a central stem which grows continuously from the tip. Flowers are produced from the stem between the leaves, usually alternately from side to side.

Orchid Family

All orchids belong to the Orchid Family, Orchidaceae (or-Kid-ACE-ee-ee).
